History

The home is not present on the 1909 map of Haverford Township, but it is on the map by 1913. I can trace its first known owners, the Frescolns, back as early as 1919. The husband, George, might have been a member of the 29th Regiment, Pennsylvania Infantry Militia in the Civil War.

1920 census: Real estate broker George is living with his wife and maid.

The Lindseys are listed as living at 17 Llandaff at the time of Albert's death in 1941. The home was listed for sale in June 1942. The home was listed again for sale in 1950 for $15,950. The Pass family purchased the home in 1961, and 5 years later, William Pass, III shot himself while playing with his father's revolver. He was rushed to the hospital after being discovered by his younger brother, and I think he made a full recovery.

The Pass family "passed" the home to their son John Mark & his wife in 1995, and he sold the home in 2018 for $390,000.
